1. Select the appropriate category that matches your item for sale and follow the steps by using our simple drop down menu to pick sub-categories, if applicable
2. Input your ad title and item description - tell us all you want about the services/items you're selling. You've got a ton of space!
3. Tell potential buyers how much your item costs and if you have any special terms around the sale
4. Upload your photo. You can upload up to (12) twelve photos. Now, we understand that you may not have eight photos, but we strongly encourage you to upload at least one. Buyers like being able to see the product before they buy it.
5. Provide your location.

When placing an ad we give you a ton of ad enhancement options that will help your item stand out and gain additional exposure. (Sponsored Ads are subject for fees)

What can I do on JuanTambayan.com as a registered user?

Creating an account with JuanTambayan.com is required,  allows you to benefit from some of the conveniences many want when placing classified ads.
Once you have an account with JuanTambayan.com, you will be able to do the following:

•  Save an ad you are placing so that you can come back to it later.
• Edit an active ad through changing the price, description and photos. You can even add premium enhancements to your already running ad!

If you have an account with JuanTambayan.com we also make it easy for you to update your profile and change passwords if necessary.

Your ad will remain active for (260 days) for Buy & Sell/Real Estate/Services/Vehicles/Home and Garden category and (30 days) for Jobs/Classes/Community Service category.

You will be able to repost/renew expired listing every 7 days and update your ad contents from your 'My Accounts -> Manage Listing' page.

Online ads are free in most regions and categories on JuanTambayan.com. Most categories and regions offer free online ads where sellers only pay for ad enhancements such as a Featured Listing, Ranking your Ad at the Top, Highlighting your Ad.

We make it very easy for you to upload photos to JuanTambayan.com. In fact, you are able to upload 12 photos at no charge. JuanTambayan is Philippines Based Community Website and is intended to serve only Philippines based users, any Ads posted from outside Philippines will be deleted and user account will be banned.

We don't allow spamming, duplicate and adult related content.

Deleting your ad online will remove it from our Web site and your data will not be recoverable.

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Click "My Profile"
3. Click "Upload Photo"

Using Registration Form:

• Select the REGISTER link at the top of the screen.
• Fill out the information required for registratrion.
• An email will be sent to the email address provided. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the registrations.

Using Facebook Login.

• Click Login with Facebook.
• Account registration automatically activated and does not required email activation. 

Guide to Premium Listing:

1. Go to Manage Your Listing

2. Select the Item you want to Premium and click "Premium this Item"

3. Click "Pay with Paypal" or if you have wallet balance "Use Wallet Balance"

4. Check out process you will be redirected to Paypal.

5. DONE! your listing will instantly Activated after you complete all the process.

If you feel that either someone selling an item or buying an item from you may be involved in a scam, simply click the "Offensive Ad" button at the bottom of the ads detailed listing page or email us.

Deleting your account will remove all of your profile information and ads, from the JuanTambayan.com website and your data will not be recoverable. It is also important to note that no potential buyer will be able to view the ads related to your deleted account online, nor will you be able to manage any of the ads you have placed and or saved to this account.

If you wish to delete your information, you can do so in two ways:

To delete your account, log in and go to the  Profile. From there, click the orange "Delete Account" button towards the bottom of the page. Next click the red "Confirm" button. You will be required to enter your password one more time. This will permanently delete your account and all of your information from our system; this action cannot be undone.

• Each job posting must advertise with specific position. 
• Each ad should state salary, location and detailed position description.
• Each job posting must be written in Tagalog or English.
• Agencies must clearly identify themselves, they may not use this category as a platform to promote their business.
• We do not accept postings which require candidates to send money or stamped addressed envelopes to gain further details of the positions.
• We do not accept job adverts for cash in hand work.
• We do not accept postings that contain links to other websites that offer the user job posting facilities.
• Job postings should be placed in the category which most closely relates to the actual nature of the vacancy rather than the nature of the employer or industry. If you are unsure post in the 'General Jobs' category.
• We ask that all fields in the Job Posting Form be filled out correctly.
• We do not accept postings that advertise for models or actors. These posters must include a registered agency email address and land line phone number.
• We do not accept adverts for Escort/Adult industry work.
• We do not accept job adverts for medical trials of any kind.
• We reserve the right to remove ads that breach our posting rules and/or our Terms of Use.

• Drugs, Psychotropic and Narcotic Substances, and other substances or medicinal products intended for prescription or are banned by laws of the Republic Republic of The Philippines
• Erotic Service Jobs to live-chat, job offers escort services.
• Fetish content as well as sites that promote, sell or  sexual aids. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Sexual fixations or practices that may be considered unconventional
• Sexual aids or enhancement tools such as vibrators, dildos, lubes, sex games, inflatable toys
• Penis and breast enlargement tools

• Posted under the wrong category (You must choose the single most relevant category for your ad)
• Ads posted from overseas: No overseas ads are accepted, Juan Tambayan is for Philippine-based individuals and businesses only.
• Not descriptive enough: Ads that do not provide enough detail will be placed on hold or removed as this makes for a bad browsing experience
• Inappropriate language
• Inappropriate photo/image
• Discriminatory on race/religion/nationality/gender / etc
• Selling body parts / bodily fluids, adoption, or surrogacy
• Ads that report other fraudulent ads. Please report potentially fraudulent ads via our "Ticket Support" option located within each ad or Contact Us with ad details (ad ID, email address) and reasons why these ads should be reviewed

JuanTambayan offers free advertising to provide quality services and reserves the right to delete all the adverts offending some of the above rules without notice advertiser. For repeated violation of these rules may be blocked from adding advertiser ads permanently.

Duplicate account using another email address is NOT ALLOWED, we only allow 1 account per user.

If you have a good faith belief that a listing on JuanTambayan infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please send us your complaints to support@juantambayan.com

Spam Ads and Duplicate Listing will be deleted within 30 days if not fix.

If your listing accidentally mark as spam or duplicate by our system contact support@juantambayan.com or PM admin to resolve the issue.

If you fail to activate your account within 30 days your account registration will be deleted.

Please contact us if you did not receive the SMS activation code or Email activation link.

Expired listing will be deleted automatically within 60 days if you failed to renew the listing.

JuanTambayan  is committed to providing our  online community with a safe place to buy and sell while respecting the rights of intellectual property (IP) owners. 

Sellers are responsible for making sure any item they offer for sale on JuanTambayan is authentic and its listing description doesn't infringe on the rights of others.

Examples of infringements

• Trademark – unauthorized use of a brand name, logo, tag line or symbol.
• Fake items – misrepresentation of products as being made by a different manufacturer.
• Warranty – misrepresentation of a manufacturer’s warranty that does not cover resold products.
• Copyrighted images and text – this includes using other listings’ images and text without authorization.
• Unauthorized copies of media, software and paintings – this includes backup, pirated, duplicated and bootlegged copies.

 4. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?

JuanTambayan stores your Personal Data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services, or until you ask us to delete your Personal Data. We may also be required to retain certain information in order to comply with local laws. If you wish to delete your Personal Data, you should submit a deletion request. Please see 7. 10. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT

JuanTambayan strives to maintain a fair and secure platform for all our users. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established guidelines regarding account disablement. Accounts may be subject to disablement if any of the following conditions are met:

1. Violation of Terms of Service: Users found to violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to posting fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited content, may have their accounts disabled.

2. Repeated Policy Infractions: Accounts repeatedly engaging in activities against our policies, such as spamming, scamming, or engaging in malicious behavior, may face disablement.

3. Misrepresentation or False Information: Accounts found to provide false or misleading information, including inaccurate personal details or deceptive content in listings, may be disabled.

4. Abuse of Platform: Any misuse or abuse of our platform, including harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that causes harm to others, may lead to account disablement.

Appeal Process: Users whose accounts have been disabled have the right to appeal the decision. To appeal, please contact our support team at Contact Support Form. Appeals will be reviewed, and decisions communicated within a reasonable period.

Final Discretion: JuanTambayan reserves the right to disable any account that is deemed to violate our policies, even if not explicitly mentioned in this policy. Our decision regarding account disablement is final.

It is also important to note that no potential buyer will be able to view the ads related to your deleted account online, nor will you be able to manage any of the ads you have placed and or saved to this account.

JuanTambayan.com represents an open and free marketplace and as a result, we do not support language, which could be offensive to our users, nor do we accept images that represent lewd activity. Any ad that falls into an offensive designation will be removed from the JuanTambayan.com site. For more information, please review our Privacy policy and Terms and Conditions.

To fix the missing image you have to edit your listing, go to IMAGE section and DELETE all the existing image that appeared to be blank.

Re-upload the IMAGE and UPDATE your listing.
